If you’re not aware, the League of Legends creator Riot Games originally entered a deal with FTX in relation to their esports sector, the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS). The seven-year contract required FTX to fund LCS in exchange for Riot Games’ promotion of FTX’s brand. According to White on Twitter, FTX owed Riot Games $12.5 million but has so far managed to pay only $6.25 million, which is exactly half of the owed sum....

The Scream franchise is one of the most famous film series in the horror genre. The first film in the series, directed by Wes Craven, was released in 1996. While Scream itself was a slasher film, it satirized the genre, spawned a series, and earned a cult following. Craven went on to direct three sequels, Scream 2, Scream 3, and Scream 4 before his death in 2015. According to Theleak.co, Sony is working on a reboot of the first Uncharted game. However, for the first time in franchise history, Naughty Dog will not be the developers. Instead, Naughty Dog will serve as a supporting studio for the “unknown developer” with the reboot. Naughty’s Dog IPs have often been a target for reboots and/or remakes by Sony. The first reboot was Ratchet & Clank, which came out in 2016 to tie into the release of the animated film adaptation of the same name....

It looks like we are adding a new title to the list of Sony titles with PC ports. According to a Steam DB entry, Returnal will be making its way to PC. The PC port was first showcased by developer Housemarque at GDC 2022. Eagle-eyed fans have spotted that the entry for Project Oregon had the word Returnal in its history. The entry “savefiles/0/path: Returnal/Steam/Saved/SaveGames” looks a lot like an update to the save location for the Steam version of the game....

Less than 24 hours later, Kotaku came forward with some positive news from its sources. According to the popular video game website, Rockstar is “hoping that folks will forget all about the critically panned and botched classic GTA remasters released last year while it focuses most of its resources and energy on its next big game, Grand Theft Auto 6.” In the same report, Kotaku confirmed that Rockstar is still open to doing a Red Dead Redemption and GTA IV remaster “after GTA 6 ships....
Who are the Hunters? The Hunters are among the toughest enemies you’ll face in The Division 2, and are much harder to kill than their namesakes from the first game. While they have done a great job at providing post-game content for Skyrim, with the modding community filling in any holes that Bethesda might have left, one can’t deny that players were expecting Bethesda to have released more information about The Elder Scrolls 6 by now.
